Working to save stray dogs in the North East

Events

Without our fundraising events we would not be able to continue our rescue work so please do keep checking for event details and try to attend and support us. We are always looking for new ideas so please do let us know if you have any suggestions. Every penny raised from the events goes towards the care of the dogs needing homes.

Upcoming events in 2010.

Saturday 21st August.

Coffee Morning at Sunnyfield House in Guisborough on Saturday 21st August and on Saturday 4th September. 9.30am-12.
Home made cakes. There will be a tombola, brica brac and a book stall. Also information about our dogs needing forever homes. Please do come along.

Bank Holiday Monday 30th August 11-4pm.

Rugby Club. Redcar.

Every penny raised in sponsorship will go directly towards the upkeep of a stray dog in the care of S.O.S

Wednesday 1st September 9am-3pm Northallerton Town Hall.

We have to cancel the table top sale at Northallerton on Sept. 1st as the town hall are having building work done.

Table top sale including great tombola, books, bric a brac and more. Refreshments all day.

Have a break from shopping and come to meet us.

Street Collections

Below are a list of our organised street collections, we would love to see you and we always have our dogs with us rain or shine. If you think you could volunteer to collect at one of these event for a few hours please contact us. Most collection are 10-4pm

Dog Viewing

Every last Saturday of the month

Saltburn bandstand, 10 am - 12

Come join SOS in re-homing some wonderful rescue dogs many are from the local pound and have been fostered and are now ready for a home. We will have scones, tea, coffee and a tombola as well. We would love to see old and new faces and there are some lovely walks in Saltburn - so come and see us, walk your dogs and perhaps re-home another!
